In January, I started this monthly reflection workshop series as a way of inviting you all into my beloved end-of-month check in practice, and help you develop your own.
My plan was to offer the first two workshops (January + February) for free, and then paywall them starting this month as a benefit for paid subscribers.
The long and short of it is, I’ve changed my mind. (Fitting, no?—this is a newsletter that celebrates being in flux, after all.)
Going forward, you may notice a few things:
These monthly workshops will continue to be available to all subscribers. 🥰 More than anything I want you to be able to experience the power of a practice like this, on your own timeline and at your own pace. This shift feels much more in alignment with that goal.
Rather than naming them ‘January Workshop’ or ‘February Workshop’, I’ll be giving these videos more informative titles that offer a better preview into the actual theme and content of each workshop. My hope is that this makes it easier for you to dip into the library of workshop recordings any time you feel like doing some guided reflective writing, and choose the one that feels most right and timely for you (regardless of what month it is).
A new writing + reflection workshop is up! 📝
Grab your journal (or your Buddy!) and a snack, and settle in for some guided writing + reflection.
Enjoy! And don’t forget to scroll down to the comments when you’re done and chime in on this month’s discussion question.
💬 Share the one goal or project you’re most excited to focus on in the next three months in the comments below.
Is it a creative project? A big task you’ve been putting off? An area of your life you want to focus on? A new habit you want to form? Declare it, and allow us to witness and celebrate you.
A quick refresher on what these workshops are all about:
Each month, I share a recorded workshop to help you build a monthly personal check-in practice that’s sustainable, and in community with others.
Together, these monthly workshops create an ongoing container that offers the accountability and support to cultivate a consistent check-in practice that keeps you connected to—and in conversation with—yourself all year round.
Enjoy this month’s workshop, and thank you for being here.
Until next time,
Michelle
